8 Foods Best For Weight Loss

Ever wished or hoped that you never gain weight even though you eat a lot. Yes, same here, I too dreamt of that. But unfortunately, you can’t eat everything and be slim and trim.

But here I have curated a list of substances that you can eat how much ever you want and still remain the same size. Thankfully, nature has been kind enough to bless us with low-calorie foods that we can enjoy guilt-free.

Well, there are many fruits and vegetables that are non processed in any kind of way contain a high amount of fiber and water content in them which will fill your stomach and not allow extra pounds to stick in.

cucumbers

Cucumbers are one of the perfect snacks in summers to munch in. They are full of water content which will fill you up fast and will help in weight loss without consuming many calories.

Strawberries

Okay, so this one must have surprised you a little bit right? I got you! One serving of these delicious berries is said to contain more vitamin C than an orange.

Strawberries also contain antioxidants, potassium, and fiber. These heart-shaped berries are also good for the heart as they do not contain any cholesterol, sodium, or fat.

Broccoli

This one was probably expected by you guys.

This vegetable is usually not liked by small children by it’s look and flavor but is the most famous with people who are diet conscious and want to stay in shape.

Broccoli also contains a lot of fiber along and vitamins A, C, E, and K. This makes this green vegetable a healthy option to snack on.

Leafy Greens

Leafy greens are not everyone’s favorites but these include a wide range of leaves like spinach, kale, lettuce, and arugula.

These leaves have a high amount of fiber and are also rich in essential vitamins and minerals.

Red Bell Paper With Guacamole

Red bell peppers are extremely healthy.

Although all bell peppers are nutritious, red varieties are particularly high in antioxidants.

Pairing 1 large red bell pepper with 3 ounces (85 grams) of guacamole adds healthy fat and fiber while keeping this snack’s calorie count under 200.

 Beans

Mostly pulses are high in protein and of course beans is one of them. Beans are high in protein which will help keep your energy up.

And now we know why English breakfast always has beans in it. They also have a lot of fiber content which will fill you up with lower calorie intake.

 Yogurt

Yogurt is an obvious one. It contains a lot of vital nutrients that body needs.

It contains a high amount of calcium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, magnesium, and potassium among other minerals.

Well, you need to get the unflavored ones, otherwise, it’s of no use if it’s sweetened as sugar is not good for weight loss.

You may toss in some seeds, berries, or nuts to bring texture and taste and make your own healthy, customized snack.

Popcorn

Popcorn is my favourite. It mostly consists air.

If you pop the kernels with healthy oil and eat them with nothing but a bit of seasoned salt, it won’t affect your body or help you put on any extra weight.
